At Navioz, customer satisfaction matters to us. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Refund Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. How to Request a Refund
To start a return, please contact us at support@navioz.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that after a refund is processed on our end, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the funds in your account, depending on their own processing procedures.
5. Payment Processing
Payments on navioz.shop are securely processed through Stripe. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via the same platform.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted for items that show signs of wear or use, items missing original tags or packaging, or requests submitted after the 30-day refund window has closed.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@navioz.shop as soon as possible with photos of the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
